  5. hello very helpful video thank you.

    can anyone tell me a good bicep / tricep and upper body routine. oh and does anyone know how to find out their optimal weight for say dumbells. when you work out how hard are you supposed to push yourself? until you can really feel a burn or when you get tired or what? thanks for any help.

  7. My suggestions:

    Upper Body PUSH
    Lower Body
    Upper Body PULL

    Do one grouping every other day so you only train one grouping once per week. You can work each muscle hard, and then take a nice break to rest and recover. :-)

  8. I’m not a doctor, so you might want to get checked out. Usually pain in the side is experienced with running, not walking. And it is caused either by eating too close to running or ischemic hypoxia of the diaphragm muscle.

  9. I am no expert but i would try to split that up; do half one day, half the other, alternate.
    Make sure that you give your muscles at least 12 hours of rest.
    I am also a strong believer if you concentrate on certain muscle groups (over “everything”) on your workout schedule, it will be more beneficial over the long run. You can exert all your energy on “those” parts of the body, instead of trying to do everything at once.
    You can do 10-20 min cardio before and after working out; drink tons h20!

  10. Wait I have a question whenever I walk on a treadmill (srry if spelled wrong) after a few minutes my left side starts hurting. can explain what that can be plz reply. (I dont know if its my kidney or what) plz help.

    Hey I have a question is it safe to work shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, chest, abs, and parts of the lower body all in one day with rest the next day and then repeating. With 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps for each muscle group.

    Some people thought I was dumb, boring, and talked too much. I was just trying to make myself a little more entertaining and get to one specific point with each video.

    To tell you the truth, I’m having a lot more fun now too. However, over the next couple of months, I’m going to overhaul the whole thing (again). I hope you like it. :-)

  13. hey why did you change all your videos by cutting little parts out and making a “new” video with the cut out part from the original video? Now you just have a lot of dumb videos and its hard to tell what video is what now. I liked your channel when you had all the original videos and not so many goofy edited ones, it looked more professional but now it looks like a child produced the vids for you.

    Did you know that coffee allows your body to burn a higher percentage of fat during circulo-respiratory exercise. YEAH!!! But don’t overdo a good thing.

    In a nutshell, cardio is mandator, but it DOES stink sometimes. :-)

    INTERVALS!!! 10 minutes is fine if you do it right. So is less. Up-Down. Fast-Slow. Hard-Easy.

  20. goddamn it i **** cardio, so boring…i supose to do 10 min but i jump off in 2 min, is that to bad to me? ps: i live in a very hot place, the temp around here is around 26~30ÂșC, i aways thought 10 min too much, what do you guys think?

  21. most people dont bodybuild for a short time and then stop, bodybuilding is a lifetime commitment that takes every last ounce of effort to achieve your goals, and only people who want to change their bodies or get in shape are up to the task, I hope everyone who sees this will look up info on natural bodybuilding and hopefully get inspired to look great feel great and have some fun! Go natural bodybuilding!

  25. why pay for fitness just buy steroids and workout for 7 min each day and in 2 days you will be great.
